A few things...

I'm excited that it's Tuesday night because that means that Wednesday isn't too far off. And you know what Wednesday signals--time to send out overdue notices! I'm pretty sure that sending out overdues is my favorite part of the librarianhood. We do things "old school" at my place of work, right down to addressing envelopes by hand--I draw the line at licking a stack of envelopes in a library full of students who all seem to be staring at me, though. It's hard to believe that it's been a year since I finished library school.

Easter is over and I'll be honest with you, I'm relieved. I finally feel like I've been released from the deliciously evil grasp of Russell Stover's jelly beans. This was my worst year ever for consumption as they were easier to come by in stores. I'm surprised I even have any teeth left. Needless to say, my plans for slimming down before summer haven't gone particularly well.
